Shipping Details
All products will be delivered via national courier Pos Laju Malaysia. Pos Laju Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it has the widest courier network in Malaysia. Products will be handed out to Pos Laju Malaysia on Monday until Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact drjeans25@gmail.com for delivery confirmation. However, customer are encouraged to check individual delivery status via http://poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ for precise feedback.

Postage charges
a. Domestic Delivery (Peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak)
Postage fees for domestic delivery are as per below:

• 1 item: RM7
• 2 items: RM8
• 3 items or more: FREE of charge (Terms & Conditions applied)

b. International Delivery
Postage fees for international delivery are as per below:

• 1 item: RM19
• 2 items: RM30
• 3 items: RM50
